LETTER FROM CEO AARON MCARDLE
Meeting rooms are installed, solutions are deployed, meetings are booked. Then what? Sure, things run smoothly for a bit, but what happens when updates roll out or systems need maintenance?

I've always found it interesting that many in our industry see the final room launch as the end of a business relationship…when, in reality, it’s just the beginning.

At RoomReady, we stand behind the idea that meeting rooms should work like the first time, every time. And we accomplish this by providing unmatched support service no matter your need – remote, on-site and even embedded techs.

I encourage you to check out your meeting spaces to see if they are still running as efficiently as Day One. If not, it may be time to look for a new support partner.

Some providers only work on systems they install. But not us. We’d love to help – whether we did your install or not – so don’t hesitate to give us a ring.

Sincerely,
Aaron McArdle
CEO, RoomReady

Support Services Resources
Case Study: For one Northeast bank, there are several types of support that they needed to ensure their 44 buildings would work well. RoomReady had the perfect solutions – room audits, prioritization matrix, and ongoing support.

Support Sales Sheet: RoomReady is ready to support all AV in meeting rooms, whether we installed them or someone else did. We have a process for a thorough and seamless transition from an existing support provider or to come in as the first provider.
