Aaron started out as an IBEW Union Electrician. One day when he was driving to work, he heard a sermon on the radio about the grind of working for someone besides yourself. Something clicked that day and Aaron set his mind to creating a company where he and other people have an environment where they feel challenged and valued, not a place you have to be, but somewhere you want to be.
Aaron’s background in skilled trades has given him a common-sense approach to solving problems, especially in the mechanical part of the business. This combined with his level-headedness and humility allow him to diffuse difficult situations and keep us all moving forward.

Jamie has an extensive background in business management. He brings to RoomReady an understanding of how to grow business exponentially through solid financial and operational practices. He knows and shows how to get people working together as one cohesive team.
As the integrator of our business, he leads the Executive Leadership Team by holding us accountable and making sure our voices are heard. Jamie is inquisitive, analytical, and decisive. He makes sure that we Hustle Smart as we stay focused on our strategic goals.

Philip loves people, genuinely wants to understand their perspectives, and sees opportunity in all situations. It might be his background as a minister, but more likely that he was a minister because of these amazing attributes.
In his current role, Philip gets to focus on our fabulous people and be the champion of our culture that embodies our Core Values. He oversees our People and Experience team, whose goal is to serve our employees and give back more value than just a pay check. That means creating an engaging culture, consistent and clear communication, regular opportunities for growth, and accountability. He loves the journey and wants to work with others who do too.

Dave has a passion for technology. From programming to data and analytics, he is a champion for using technology to make smarter decisions. He is known in the AV industry as a thought leader and is the only person with the distinction of being both a Crestron Diamond Master Programmer (Top 25 Crestron integrators worldwide) and an AMX Top 20 integrator.
Dave leads the team responsible for our system design, software development, platform management, and IT initiatives. His vision for emerging trends coupled with his drive to ensure solutions are relevant and simple for our customers is the definition of Hustle Smart.

Ty is passionate about leadership and believes it’s the greatest responsibility and honor someone can earn. From his time in the United States Army as Infantry Captain to his current role as Chief Operating Officer at RoomReady, he has embraced the opportunity to lead through being willing to do anything he asks his teams to do.
