Thank you for shopping with RoomReady! The following is our return policy for RoomReady products purchased through distribution, or directly through RoomReady.
Buyer has sixty (60) calendar days from date of purchase to return RoomReady product. Buyer will be assessed a fifteen (15) percent restock fee, applied to the refund, if approved.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as Buyer received it. Care must be taken with packaging the product for the return. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of a return based on the condition of the product or packaging upon arrival to shipping point. Buyer assumes all costs to return product to RoomReady.
The product shall reference an RMA number acknowledging the return.
If product is defective, RoomReady will replace at no cost to the Buyer. RoomReady will create an RMA for the return and replacement of defective unit.
If Buyer chooses to cancel the order and product hasn’t shipped; Buyer shall receive a refund for the full amount less any credit card processing fees should they apply. If product has shipped, please reference Returns above.
Once product is received, RoomReady will inspect and proceed with one of the following:
- If approved, we will begin the refund process to Buyer’s credit card (or original method of
payment). Buyer shall be responsible for all credit card processing fees should they apply. The RMA will be closed once refund is issued.
- If rejected, we will send notification to the Buyer explaining as such and close the RMA.
